6. Why can't I see my Child Profiles in ASQ Online?

First, make sure that you are logged in as either a Program Administrator or Provider. Individual Child Profiles can only be viewed by a Program Administrator or Provider who has been assigned to that child. If you are assigned one of these roles and still cannot see your Child Profiles, you may not have been given access. Contact your ASQ Online Account Administrator.
