9.1 Report Generation Options
After
generating a report, you have three options:
- Download PDF (This option is not available if report criteria “include Child profile” or “Child custom field” is selected.)
- Download CSV
- Preview Report
Download PDF: If you choose Download PDF, the report will open as a
PDF file. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer or you
will be unable to view the report. Click here to download
Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Download CSV: If you choose Download CSV, the report will open or
save as a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file, which can be opened with Microsoft
Excel. You will then be able to view and manipulate the data to suit your
needs.
