4.4 Program Notes
The Program Notes section allows you to enter and store notes pertaining to your program.
To add a note:
1. Select Program
from the top navigation menu.
2. Click on the Add
tab next to Program Notes.
3. Complete the following:
a. Enter in the subject of the note.
b. Select the note type from the drop-down: Reminder,
Contact Information, Goal, Procedures, or Other.
c. Enter the text of the note in the “Description” text box.
4. Click Save.
